Yesterday JAY-Z released a YouTube exclusive 24 minute documentary of Jay prepping himself, his crew and the arena for his shows. Highlights include long time DJ / Engineer Young Guru standing in for Jay during sound check, behind the scenes look at the set preparation and JAY-Z riding the subway train like a regular ole person (with camera crew, bodyguards and million dollar necklaces tucked in his shirt).
