Corry BanksMystikal, whom I shall refer to as the Son of Soul Brother # 1 from now on, dropped a gem for all to enjoy recently. The fact is this joint is some of the funkiest off the beaten path hip-hop we’ve “heard on the box in a while”. Produced by veteran NOLA producer KLC formerly of No Limit Records’ in-house production team, Beats by the Pound and most recently down with production crew Medicine Men. It’s obvious that Mystikal and KLC have an infectious synergy. Judging from this joint “Hit Me” I’d say that Mystikal is on his way back with a vengeance.
